Client Portal is used to collect your data and documents and to enable a simple platform to communicate with you during your application process. Through this platform, you can track the whole application, provide us with information upload your documents and sign applications.
Why do you need to log in?
Obviously, this platform helpful for both of us during our application process. The portal is designed to drive efficiency and reduce downtime that occurs with the administration required with lending.
How to login?
This platform fully secures the privacy of your documents. The login process is really simple, only a few steps are needed to follow:
- Receiving the invitation email from Defence Finance

- Follow the link and you’ll be asked to enter the one-time authentication code. The email and the code sent are linked for security purposes and you need to complete this once per device. If you are having issues logging on, please get in contact with us

- We will send a security SMS with a 6-digit passcode, then you can log in by entering the code
